Every once in a while i see someone wandering about with one on a bag or such. I also tend to look to see if i recognise the face. But they usually only have one head, and i know for a FACT that i have only given badges to people with two.

I have a bag full of them under my bed, may have to do something with those.....

seen them at a few festivals (download and leeds) but not not outside that environment

I spotted quite a few at V Festival last year, and me and eddie saw someone with one on at gatecrasher summer soundsystem, we jumped on the poor boy and asked for a picture... i don't think he knew what was going on haha.
