Available Opportunities
- These are subject to change or cancellation as some things are still awaiting confirmation
- Departure times are ALL dependant on which team you are on
- All events will include Crew Camping
- You are required to remain camped in crew camping throughout the event
- All teams will be assigned on a First Come First Served so if you have specific bands you want to see, you need to plan to arrive early so you can pick the best shift pattern for you.
- BTR / BIG Tent Recycle is the new campaign for 2010. It involves promoting the campaign until Monday and then helping with the collecting and sorting or reusable equipment Monday to Wednesday. I wont lie, its going to be hard work, but will be A LOT of fun!
- Where an event is Reserves List Only it is worth remembering that we do get a lot of cancellations, so just because we have reserves list spaces only does not necessarily mean that you wont still get a place at a later date.

How to Apply
It is important to note that we have very good working relationships with various Event Staff Organisations and festivals and should you confirm your attendance with The BFG at any event, and then do not show up or fail to fulfil your onsite requirements, in addition to being blacklisted with The BFG, your name and email address will be forwarded onto the relevant organisations we work closely with. This is so that The BFG can continue to offer these volunteering opportunities with a no deposit required policy which is something I am keen to keep in force. Your details will not be passed onto to any third party, except in the instance above. Should you not agree to this, then you probably aren’t committed enough and should not apply.
To apply, copy the application questions below into an email, complete and send to info@thebetterfestivalgroup.com. Incomplete applications will not be accepted so please ensure that you answer all the questions marked required.
You will receive confirmation of your application within 2 weeks of applying, with the exception of Playaway which wont be confirmed until we are confirmed to be present.
